Directly to your customer service representative.
Please identify your company name and P.O. # on all e-mail.

FILE SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
• Macintosh format (preferred)
• Applications Supported
Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier
Adobe Photoshop CS4 or earlier
• All fonts to be converted to outlines
• Include all EPS and TIFF files at 300 DPI at actual imprint size
• All spot colors to be included in artwork or clearly indicated on color key

SIMULATED 4-COLOR PROCESS SPECIFICATIONS:
All 4-Color process art does require color correction.
Charges start at $320.00 (R).
Match print (COLOR KEY) must be provided by customer.
Artwork must be sent on disk or e-mailed (see above).

Please check with factory for additional art costs.

EMBROIDERY SPECIFICATIONS:
All embroidery files must be in Tajima format.
Send files to embroidery@superiorpanoramic.com or to your individual customer service representative.
Factory is not responsible for any problems that may occur
from customer supplied digitizing.
