Screen Charges:
Standard screens will be $31.25(G) per color.
Jumbo screens will be charged $56.25(G) per color.
Simulated process and 4-color process screens will be charged $45.00(G) per color.
Belt screens will be charged $118.75(G) per color.

Orders of 1000 garments or more will receive 3 free screens.
Orders of 2500 garments or more will receive 6 free screens.
Orders of 5000 or more will receive all screens at no charge.
Reorders less than 50 pieces, screens will be charged $18.75(G) per color.
Reorders 50 pieces and above will receive 50% off the set up.

If ordering less than the minimum, please call for additional cost.

Special handling charges will apply to all multiple shipments and inventory returns.
Drop shipment fees are $8.33(C) per location after 1st location. If shipping method is not listed on PO, we reserve the right to choose best method to meet in hands date.

Poly bagging and folding – add $0.42(C) per garment.
Folding only (no polybag) – add $0.25(C) per garment.
Special Handling (including opening individual poly bags) – add $0.17(C) per item.

Label pricing:
Sewing labels (straight line) – add $0.58(C) per garment to the above prices.
Sewing labels (around entire label) – add $0.67(C) per sticker/garment to the above prices.
Cut existing label and sew new label (straight line) – add $0.75(C) per garment to the above prices.
Cut existing label and sew new label (around entire label) – add $0.83(C) per garment to the above prices.
Cut labels only – add $0.17(C) per garment to the above prices.

Attach hang tags – add $0.17(C) per tag/per garment to the prices above.
Attach size stickers – add $0.08(C) per sticker/per garment to the prices above.

Artwork charges are applied and will be quoted before order proceeds.

Misprint allowance is 1.5% per imprint location.

Additional handling charges will apply when decorating oversized items.

We will not decorate on any mesh or lined fabric. Any item with performance fabric must be approved by factory.
We cannot be held responsible for wrong styles, shortages, mis-shipments or COD’s from your supplier.
We verify your suppliers’ merchandise at no charge.
We physically count all orders of 288 pieces or less. If over 288 pieces, it is checked by packing slip.
Supplier’s packing slip is mandatory with each shipment and must include the PO# for each order submitted to Superior.
On larger orders, we verify color and size of items based on your supplier’s packing slip.
Additional charges will apply for changes made after proof approval.
Additional charges will apply in the case that your order needs to be split due to art.
