Hi Bob, Just wanted to say thanks for pulling off a miracle. I actually met with my customer on May 17th about the 2000 tees. I emailed and called about the sizes and design and got no reply. I thought the deal was off and then on Wednesday they asked when they could expect the order. Needless to say this customer is very important to me and I value the relationship and wanted to do everything in my power to complete this order. At first I actually felt it was a lost cause and a missed opportunity but I thought to call you and I am glad I did. I got a very nice email from them and they expressed their appreciation.

This is just fantastic! It was able to go ground and arrive two days earlier than the original request. My client will be so happy! You did 3 important towel projects for me this summer, two of them on really unreasonable deadlines and you came through each time! I have notes that there will be at least one more game they are supporting so hopefully I’ll have at least one more substantial order for this Bright Lights program I’ll be in touch about it. In 1992 my uncle Darryl Walker took me to see his factory Superior Panoramic when I was starting my career right out of college. It was the first ASI factory I ever saw.  I was fascinated by all the t-shirt print capabilities that were so far ahead of their time; I still remember it so well.

Recently I did another order for one of my college alumni clients. They asked me for ideas for beach towels and my first choice was Pro Towels. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bob and Janet Strem of Superior for many years and was of course delighted that they are now part of another great supplier, Pro Towels. The customer had a complicated 3 color logo and wanted that on a navy towel. I called Janet who suggested that we send the client a sample of their prolucent/tone on tone. Client got the sample, asked if we could do their logo ‘that way’ and Janet affirmed that we could. Janet’s team did their usual excellent work and the customer loved their towels and is enjoying the great feedback from students and alumni alike. Having the opportunity to work with Janet, Bob and their team on this coast was a HUGE asset and I hope that you can spread the word among the troops here to keep ProTowel at the top of their list.
